Description
As a Team Lead you are responsible for Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and OS Administration (Windows/Linux). You are expert in DevOps practices and experienced in managing a team independently. You have: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in EEE/ECE/CSE/IT with 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Management. Experience in Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Load Balancers, and RBAC. Experience in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Group Policies) and/or Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS). Experience leading a team and handling escalations, training, and process improvements. It would be nice if you also had: Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, VNETs, subnets, and hybrid cloud connectivity. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy. Certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). Deploy, configure, and maintain Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and other Azure IaaS components. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux servers with Docker and Kubernetes environment management. Provide L3 level support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution. Utilize monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and third-party solutions to track system health and performance. Ensure compliance with security best practices, identity management, and role-based access control (RBAC) for Cloud & DC. Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability strategies. Define and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes based on ITIL best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional team viz. DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.
