1. Technical Expertise: Design, configure, and troubleshoot advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and data center networks. Implement and manage enterprise-level routing and switching technologies (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.). Configure and optimize network security solutions, such as firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and NAC. Project Management: Lead network upgrade and migration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. 4. Documentation and Training: Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers, enhancing their technical skills. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, and security teams to align networking strategies with business goals. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, support, and updates.
