Network Administrator

As a Network Administrator at Famic Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing and configuring operating systems, software packages, communication switches, firewalls, and antivirus equipment - Proactively analyzing security equipment and software to detect and resolve potential threats - Maintaining logs of all changes to the IT infrastructure and responding promptly to user support requests - Participating in the improvement of work processes and procedures within the quality system Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in information technology engineering - MS certifications and experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration - Good knowledge of MS SQL databases (DBA) - Proficiency in MS Office Software and integrations with Exchange/Outlook - Strong communication skills in English - Flexibility to work outside regular hours - Organized, autonomous, resourceful, and meticulous Additionally, fluency in English and/or other foreign languages is preferred due to the nature of responsibilities involving markets outside Quebec.
