Description

• Automation Studio™: design and simulation of fluid power and industrial automation technologies;
• Automation Studio™ Live Manifold: design, quoting and prototyping of hydraulic manifold blocs;
• Andon Studio™: real-time monitoring of machine productivity, optimizing operations and managing work processes, in line with Industry 4.0.
  

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems for desktops, laptops, servers under Windows®;
• Install and configure software packages, such as development environment, SQL database servers, email servers and similar applications;
• Configure and maintain up to date servers dedicated to the phone system;
• Install and configure communication switches, firewalls, antivirus equipment and software;
• Proactive analysis of the security equipment and software to detect potential threats and solve them;
• Maintain logs of all changes to the IT infrastructure according to the applicable procedures and work processes;
• Respond quickly and adequately to user requests for support;
• Participate in the improvement of the existing work processes and procedures within the scope of the quality system.
  

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology engineering;
• MS certifications and experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration;
• Good knowledge of MS SQL databases (DBA) (asset);
• Knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair practices and principles;
• Proficiency in MS Office® Software, including integrations with Exchange/Outlook®.
• Good communication skills in English;
• Flexibility to work outside regular working hours;
• Organized, autonomous, resourceful and meticulous.
