Position: Team Lead
Experience*: Minimum 2 years of call centre experience as a Team Leader
*Salary*: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the customer service team to achieve targets
* Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
* Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick resolution
* Utilize CRM tools for efficient operations and record management
* Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance
* Ensure adherence to company policies and discipline
Required Skills
