Role Overview: Oracle is a global provider of business software, operating in over 175 countries with a strong presence. As a member of Oracle's HR Services team, you will contribute to creating a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your role will involve developing efficient processes, systems, policies, and programs to support employees from hire to retirement. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and creating people-related strategies across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a key member in IndiaHR Services and collaborate with various teams to standardize, simplify, and automate HR operational processes - Lead a minimum of two employee lifecycle processes and act as the first point of contact for Oracle employees regarding operational support - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, implementing efficiencies and standard methodologies - Lead or support projects to enhance customer experience, processes, and systems in the global HR Organization - Serve as a Process Owner and Queue manager, handling requests in the Oracle Service Cloud ticketing system within Service Level Agreements - Ensure data privacy and compliance with Oracle data standards while processing confidential and time-sensitive HR-related data - Develop expertise in resolving a variety of HR-related issues, leading daily operations, identifying problem trends, and driving process improvements - Collaborate globally to standardize, simplify, and automate HR operational processes and services Qualifications Required: - Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud applications - Attention to detail, ability to identify data anomalies, and internal client-facing skills - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a data-intensive environment, preferably in human resources (Note: The qualifications listed are indicative of the skills and experience required for the role.)
