Team Lead, HR Services

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to work with Oracle, the global provider of business software, to redefine the world of business. As a HR Services Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Your work will involve streamlining HR operational processes and services, analyzing data trends, leading projects to enhance customer experience, and ensuring data privacy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a key member in IndiaHR Services and collaborate with regional and global teams - Lead at least two processes of the employee lifecycle - Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle employees regarding operational support - Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement process efficiencies - Act as Process Owner and Queue manager for assigned processes - Handle requests in Oracle Service Cloud ticketing system and meet Service Level Agreement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and process improvements - Lead daily operations related to processing confidential HR data and look for opportunities for process enhancement - Develop professional expertise, apply company policies, and resolve a variety of issues Qualifications Required: - Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud applications - High attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies - Excellent client-facing skills and effective communication abilities - 5 to 8 years of experience in a data-intensive environment, preferably in human resources Additional Details: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, values innovation and inclusivity.
