Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Team Performance & Behavior

• Monitor and address performance, behavior, and attendance issues.
• Handle disciplinary actions and escalate serious concerns to the Operations Manager.

• Technical & Process Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Denial Management.
• Familiarity with Epic Software and UB04 claim forms.
• Understand client requirements and project specifications.

• Team Development

• Conduct annual performance reviews with the Ops Manager.
• Identify training needs and ensure team members are properly trained.
• Provide expert guidance to Quality Control Analysts.

• Daily Operations

• Review daily reports and give feedback.
• Hold daily team briefings and communicate updates clearly and on time.
• Ensure service level agreements are met under Ops Manager supervision.
• Approve team leave requests via ERP system.

• Issue Resolution

• Resolve escalated customer issues and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the main contact for team members job-related needs.
• Manage employee separations per company policy.

• Compliance & Administration

• Complete all client-required training and maintain records.
• Follow company policies and procedures strictly.
• Support in hiring, training, and evaluating team members.

• Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Education:

  Any graduate can apply.

• Experience:

  6+ years of relevant Experience, Min of 7 Yrs of Professional and Relevant Experience & 2 Yrs of People Management Experience.
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Team Management Skills
• Proven multi-stakeholder management experience
• Strong Project Management experience
