You will be managing all aspects of the project life cycle, from pre-sale proposal support to engineering and site support. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work independently on technical tasks related to hardware, software, HMI, and 3rd party interfaces. Travel may be required for customer meetings, project training, and site support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver projects on time with high quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction - Take on challenging tasks and provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders - Lead technical implementation throughout the project delivery life-cycle - Collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts to resolve technical issues and share workloads - Present solutions to stakeholders and coordinate development tasks with team members - Ensure strict adherence to project implementation procedures and quality processes - Drive project cost reduction through continuous process improvement and reusable engineering standards - Support business growth and strengthen the technology center of excellence - Optimize procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities - Engage with stakeholders to enhance overall engagement and quality of deliverables **Qualifications Required:** - BE/B Tech in Instrumentation & Control/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering - 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Engineer position - Exposure to applications in HPC/F&B/S88 Standards/Batch/Process Applications - Expertise in RA products such as Control Logix, FTView SE/ME, ACM or GCM tool, GEMS or Process Objects - Experience with PlantPAx systems and functionalities, including PlantPAx 5.0 - Knowledge of advanced solutions like FT Batch, Line performance, LBSM, Sequence Manager, etc. - Experience with third-party DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA systems - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills **Additional Details:** Rockwell Automation promotes a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
