Team Lead - Holiday Packages (Domestic & International)

As a Team Leader Holiday Packages, you will be responsible for leading the holiday sales and operations team, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving revenue growth, and maintaining service excellence. Your role will involve managing a team of holiday package consultants, planning and monitoring daily sales activities, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of holiday package consultants for domestic and international packages. - Plan, delegate, and monitor daily sales and enquiry handling activities. - Train, motivate, and coach team members on product knowledge and upselling techniques. - Handle high-value clients and complex holiday bookings directly. - Monitor customer interactions to maintain a high level of service quality. - Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and local operators for package finalization and fulfillment. - Ensure accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation for all packages. - Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally. - Submit regular performance reports to management and suggest process improvements.
