This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international holiday packages, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-performance sales teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, growing revenue, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage a team of holiday package consultants (domestic & international).  Monitor daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.  Train, motivate, and coach team members on product knowledge and upselling.  Handle high-value clients and complex holiday bookings.  Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints promptly.  Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs for package fulfilment.  Oversee accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation.  Submit performance reports and suggest process improvements. Key Requirements:  3- 6 years of experience in domestic & international holiday packages.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Expertise in customer service, sales, and holiday package planning.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana.
