  Team Lead designation on paper

  with a minimum of

  4 years of experience

  in a similar role.
• You possess strong skills in

  Microsoft application troubleshooting

  and

  Windows

  environments.
• You are highly proficient in

  service desk

  operations and best practices.
• You are an excellent communicator and leader, capable of motivating a team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
