Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack (MERN) to lead and mentor a team of developers while actively contributing to application development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the MERN stack along with proven leadership, project ownership, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers.
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6–8 years of experience in full stack development with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performance tuning, security best practices, and scalable architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
