Job Description

Team Lead for Phlebotomist Operations - (Marathi & Gujrati Speaking)

Location:

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Operations:
Supervise the daily activities of phlebotomists, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Ensure Punctuality:
Make sure phlebotomists arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
Monitor Sample Collection:
Confirm that samples are collected completely and correctly according to procedures.
Oversee Timely Drop-offs:
Ensure all collected samples are dropped off at the lab on schedule.
Provide Support:
Offer immediate assistance and guidance to phlebotomists whenever they need help with issues or questions.
Performance Monitoring:
Track phlebotomist performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
Problem Resolution:
Address operational issues quickly to prevent disruptions.

What we are looking for:

Experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to motivate and guide a team.
Familiarity with phlebotomy or healthcare logistics is a plus.
Should speak Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati fluently.
