🧩 Role: Team Leader – Student Counselling

📍 Location: Kochi

🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 years in student counselling (study abroad sector preferred)

📅 Joining: Immediate or as early as possible

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven expertise in student counselling, preferably for overseas education

✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✔️ Ability to meet targets and drive team performance

✔️ Up-to-date knowledge of international education trends and visa processes

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the counselling team

* Ensure smooth operations and achieve enrolment targets

* Guide students throughout their study abroad journey

* Collaborate with admission and documentation departments

* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
