Team Lead (Ex India)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead (Ex India) to manage and guide a team of travel executives handling outbound (Ex-India) travel processes. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and process knowledge to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of travel consultants handling Ex-India (outbound) travel bookings.
• Ensure the team meets sales targets, service levels, and productivity goals.
• Handle escalated customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor daily operations including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visas.
• Coordinate with management to implement new strategies and improve processes.
• Maintain MIS reports, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments (ticketing, accounts, sales, customer service) for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of outbound travel processes (Ex-India).
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and online booking tools.
• Problem-solving ability with a focus on customer-first approach.
• Target-driven, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced & high-pressure environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
