Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across various departments.
• Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERPNext systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate tasks within the ERP team.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system stability and performance.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4–5 years of strong, hands-on experience with ERPNext (implementation, customization, and support).
• In-depth functional and technical understanding of ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchase, etc.
• Proven experience in leading ERP projects and managing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
