Team Lead-Email Marketing

Designoweb is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can not only drive high-quality leads but also lead and manage a team to achieve business growth goals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and managing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other business portals.

Location: Noida

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through multiple online channels and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage and guide a team of lead generation executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective strategies for lead sourcing, outreach, and follow-ups.Identify potential business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and email marketing.
• Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better results.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
• Prior experience in managing a small team or mentoring junior members.
• Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
