Team Lead - Electrical

As a Technical Lead for the Electrical Design team, your role will involve ensuring compliance with customer requirements in terms of quality and throughput for all system design and layout development activities. You will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers towards achieving time-bound goals, leveraging your 10 years of experience in designing ships and submarines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Electrical Design team in meeting customer requirements and industry standards. - Utilize your expertise in design codes, calculations, analysis, systems engineering, and 3D CAD design tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Mechanical and Naval Architecture, to ensure project execution is seamless. - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. - Utilize your excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively manage the team. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Engineering. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in ship/submarine design. - Experience in leading a team of engineers. - Strong understanding of design codes, calculations, and analysis. - Proficiency in 3D CAD design tools. - Excellent managerial skills and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
