Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Mechanical and Naval Architecture, will be crucial to ensure the smooth execution of projects. In this role, you will be expected to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong managerial skills will also be necessary to effectively lead and coordinate the team towards successful project outcomes.,
