Job Description

Technical leadership role for Electrical Design team to ensure compliance with Customer requirement (in quality and throughput) for all system design and layout development activities. Graduate Engineer with atleast 10 years working experience in design of Ships / Submarines, with Industry experience of handling a team of engineers for achieving time bound goals. Possess in-depth understanding in respective specializations of design codes / norms, calculations, analysis, systems engineering and use of 3D CAD design tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Mechanical, Naval Arch) to ensure smooth execution of the project. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD essential. Excellent Oral and Written communication and managerial skills. Show more Show less
