Job Description

As a Technical Leader for the Electrical Design team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all system design and layout development activities comply with Customer requirements in terms of quality and throughput. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Graduate Engineer in the design of Ships/Submarines, including experience in leading a team of engineers to achieve time-bound goals. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of design codes, norms, calculations, analysis, systems engineering, and proficiency in using 3D CAD design tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Mechanical and Naval Architecture, will be crucial to ensure the smooth execution of projects. In this role, you will be expected to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong managerial skills will also be necessary to effectively lead and coordinate the team towards successful project outcomes.,
