Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead for a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh. The Team Lead will oversee and manage team operations, ensure project deliverables are met on time, and maintain clear communication between team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, streamlining workflows, monitoring team performance, and providing support to resolve challenges effectively. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with management to align team objectives with organizational goals.
