Job Description

Team Lead Credit Manager Business Loan Job Location: Bangalore Salary: 13 Lpa Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in business loan underwriting Job Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing the complete file of loan applications 2. Conducting personal discussions and video PDs with applicants 3. Ensuring timely decision making within the TAT 4. Managing vendors involved in the loan processing 5. Training stakeholders on loan policies and procedures. 6. Maintaining MIS reports related to loan applications and approvals 7. Conducting portfolio reviews to assess the performance of the loan book 8. Underwriting cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business targets by proper training. 9. To evaluate proposals of customers for Business Loans. 10.Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation 11.Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants. The ideal candidate for this position should have: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Immediate Joiners are preferred Date : 26.03.2025
