Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (Credit Card) located in Indore. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals handling credit card accounts. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support and guidance to team members. The role also involves analyzing financial data, assisting in resolving escalated customer issues, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
