We’re looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader who can manage a sales team, drive daily productivity, and deliver strong results in the Unsecured Loan segment.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle & motivate a team of loan executives
✔ Achieve daily/monthly targets (PL/BL/UL)
✔ Guide team on documentation & process
✔ Ensure compliance and quality sourcing
✔ Solve customer escalations & support field team
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in Unsecured Loan Sales (must)
🔹 Strong leadership & team handling skills
🔹 Good market knowledge & conversion skills
🔹 Ability to work under targets and pressure
