Team Lead- Central Processing Unit

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and Drive process of Central Disbursal Payment Checks
• Drive process of Disbursal payment release
• Storage management Unit including Document Dispatch To and Fro from Branches and Vendor
• Storage vendor management
• Outsourced process management and Liasoning with Vendor
• Compliances as per Regulator such as CKYC, CERSAI, NESL etc
• Insurance Process Management
• Identify and analyse business processes to derive area of Improvements.
• Design and Monitor SOPs for process and TAT adherence
• Liasoning within team to achieve SOP standards
• Customer Service request tracking and closure within TAT.
• Continuous improvements and monitoring target/IPM achievements for self and team.
• Identifying process changes and system changes and conclude BRDs and UATs
• Identify need and Drive RPA implementation and system changes/enhancements and implementation to manage business.
• Manage audits for function/related functions
• Manage reports/ Mis as necessitated for process monitoring and reporting purposes

Preferred candidate profile

• Central Front end Operations Management including but not limited to Disbursal, compliances, storage management, audits and stat reporting.
• Process & Domain Knowledge
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
