Role & responsibilities As a Production Line Leader, the primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient production operations by managing a team of 5 to 50 members. Key duties include monitoring shift attendance, allocating manpower, achieving daily production targets, and maintaining productivity standards. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols, conducting team briefings, and taking corrective actions to improve line efficiency. The Line Leader also acts as a link between management and the workforce, promoting clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement on the shop floor to meet organizational goals and maintain a high-performance production environment.
