Role Overview:

Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field executives (DCLs).
  • Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure each team member is motivated and guided to meet performance goals.
  • Handle client meetings, explain product offerings, and close sales.
  • Submit reports and MIS to management on sales activities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure all team members follow company sales processes and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Graduation (mandatory).
  • Experience:

    2-5 years in sales (team handling experience preferred).
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, leadership, and convincing skills.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
    • Willingness for extensive field work.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to 35,000 (based on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based, every 6 months.
  • Hike: 10%20% based on incentive achievement.
  • Growth opportunities in sales & leadership.
