Job Description

Role Overview:

Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field executives (DCLs).
Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
Ensure each team member is motivated and guided to meet performance goals.
Handle client meetings, explain product offerings, and close sales.
Submit reports and MIS to management on sales activities.
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure all team members follow company sales processes and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Graduation (mandatory).
Experience:
2-5 years in sales (team handling experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication, leadership, and convincing skills.
Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
Willingness for extensive field work.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 35,000 (based on experience).
Incentives: Performance-based, every 6 months.
Hike: 10%20% based on incentive achievement.
Growth opportunities in sales & leadership.
