About Us:

Broadway is a destination for premium, experiential shopping and Beauty & Personal Care is at the heart of it. We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Department Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview:

The Team Lead BPC will be the go-to person for a cluster of beauty advisors within the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating the team, and leading by example in sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.
Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times.
Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.
Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches.

Key Requirements:

3 5 years of retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products.
Prior experience in a supervisory or senior sales associate role is preferred.
Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends.
