Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead - Autosar with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in India.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of Autosar software components and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Autosar architecture and its applications.
Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
