Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of a software development team, coordinate project tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, liaising with clients to gather requirements, and ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. The Team Lead will also be involved in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership and project management
• Strong technical skills in software development and IT consulting
• Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the banking, finance, insurance, or travel industry is a plus
