Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage maintenance and infrastructure-related projects from planning to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and government norms.
Monitor project progress and performance, and prepare regular status reports.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, especially MSRDC and other government authorities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (
B.E.
) –
Mandatory
Master’s degree in Engineering (
M.E.
) –
Mandatory

Experience:

Minimum
15 years
of professional experience in engineering or infrastructure domains
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in
maintenance projects

Language Proficiency:

Must be
fluent in Marathi
(speaking, reading, and writing)

Additional Requirements:

Deep
understanding of the workings of the Maharashtra Government
, especially in relation to public infrastructure projects

Preferred:

Prior experience working with MSRDC (Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation)
