Graduation is a must

1 year on paper Team Lead experience is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling Team of LOBs like Chat or Email or Inbound or Outbound(Customer Support)
Be aligned to defined KRA and KPI
Thorough understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (Calculation, of Attrition, Shrinkage, C Sat, NPS, Occupancy, Utilization, Service Level )

Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess knowledge of Green Belt, Lean, Scheduling etc

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have worked in BPO

Minimum 1 years experience as a Team leader in Non Voice/Voice program
