You will work directly with the founder/management and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery of projects, and high-quality outputs.
* Act as the *Single Point of Contact (SPOC)* between the management and various departments (development, design, and sales)
* Oversee and manage *end-to-end application development*
* Coordinate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
* Drive and manage *sales activities related to software development and design services*
* Ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and delivery timelines
* Handle client communication and follow-ups, if needed
* Generate performance reports and present regular updates to the management
* Manage escalations and ensure swift problem resolution

* Proven experience in a *team leadership* or *project coordination* role in the *stock market* or *IT/software development* industry
* Prior involvement in *application/software development projects*
* Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical aspects of project delivery
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience in *sales coordination or business development* is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong organizational and problem-solving
