Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Head located in Kochi. The Team Head will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. The role involves guiding the team in facilitating study abroad services and maintaining client relationships. The Team Head will also be responsible for monitoring performance, providing support and training to team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities
• Experience in client relationship management for a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in the education is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
