Job Description

Job Title: Team Coordinator

Department: Operations
Reports To: Business Owner / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Team Coordinator ensures smooth coordination between departments — Sales, Production, Testing, Accounts, and Dispatch — to ensure timely and accurate order processing, quality control, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track order progress from receipt to dispatch and maintain status reports.
  • Communicate production schedules, testing results, and dispatch plans.
  • Ensure invoices, test reports, and other documents are ready before dispatch.
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, and approvals.
  • Prepare and circulate daily/weekly coordination reports.
  • Highlight delays or issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or order tracking tools.
  • Organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Basic understanding of business operations (sales, accounts, production).

Working Hours:

As per company schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
