The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, training and motivating the team, and ensuring smooth operations in line with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance advisors or sales executives. Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance regularly. Motivate team members to meet and exceed individual and group targets. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and reviews. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and regulatory norms. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance client retention and referrals. Report team performance and progress to senior management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of life insurance products and market trends. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a drive to grow and lead. Ability to manage pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
