Team Consultant

Job Title:

• Manage the end-to-end rebate lifecycle — from contract interpretation to payout execution.
  
• Apply rebate slabs, tiered discounts, and customer-specific agreements to validate rebate amounts.
  
• Ensure data accuracy at the transaction level for all rebate activities.
  

Data Analytics & Insights

• Track rebate performance, accruals, and financial exposure.
  
• Create dashboards/reports to analyze rebate utilization, distributor trends, and exceptions.
  
• Identify and communicate variances between forecasted and actual payouts.
  

Financial Accuracy & Compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation of rebate calculations to support audits and compliance checks.
  
• Collaborate with finance teams to validate accrual postings and ensure accurate payout processing.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and commercial teams to resolve rebate clarifications and disputes.
  
• Escalate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
  

System & Process Management

• Update and maintain rebate data within ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Vistex.
  
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  

Forecasting & Planning

• Support scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of new or modified rebate programs.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in
