Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Architect Job location: Remote(India) We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Architect to lead end-to-end implementations, optimize supply chain processes, and drive digital transformation for global enterprises. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis RR modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Production Planning) and SAP integration (APO, IBP, S/4HANA), along with a proven track record in enterprise-scale deployments. Key Responsibilities 1. Kinaxis RapidResponse Implementation & Leadership Architect and implement Kinaxis RR solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Production Scheduling). Lead GreenField deployments and migrations (e.g., SAP APO Kinaxis RR). Design constraint-based planning, production wheels, and inventory optimization strategies. Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Kinaxis modules, ensuring alignment with business goals. 2. Technical & Functional Expertise Configure and customize Kinaxis Authoring, Integration, and Administration tools. Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) for data validation and workflows. Develop statistical forecasting models, consensus demand plans, and scenario analysis. Provide UAT support, user training, and CoE (Center of Excellence) setup. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration Bridge communication between business teams, IT, and offshore/onsite teams. Manage client expectations across time zones, ensuring deliverables meet scope/time/cost constraints. Document functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts. 4. Continuous Improvement Identify process gaps and recommend best practices for supply chain agility. Leverage APICS CSCP and Six Sigma methodologies for operational excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications Certifications: Kinaxis Solution Consultant (Author/Admin/Integration), APICS CSCP, SAP Activate. Technical Skills: Kinaxis RR (Demand, Supply, Production, S&OP modules). SAP PP/MM, APO (DP/SNP), IBP, S/4HANA integration. Data modeling, SQL, and ERP middleware (e.g., CPI). Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, problem-solving, Agile methodologies. Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred) or B.Tech in Engineering. Preferred Experience 5+ years in Kinaxis RR implementations (e.g., Becton Dickinson, Hollister, Festo). Hands-on experience with SAP PP/APO/IBP in manufacturing/chemical/medical domains. Proven success in global rollouts and cross-functional team leadership.
