Team Collections Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day collection status and end status of cash deposited collected on a daily basis with a team size of 5-7 Field Officers (FOS) for CV, LCV, and TFE products. Your duties will include handling all buckets from 0 days past due (DPD) to 270 DPD, managing regular collection, NPA collection, and legal collection. It will be your responsibility to ensure a quality portfolio and focus on improving collections in your assigned area both individually and as a team. You must adhere to MOPP Norms, the BANK's processes and procedures, audit requirements, and maintain good coordination between team members and the branch in particular. Additionally, you will be managing high ticket size delinquent/non-delinquent accounts directly. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in collections or related field preferred. - Strong understanding of collection processes and procedures. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.,
