This will involve overseeing regular collections, NPA collections, and legal collections to maintain a high-quality portfolio. Your focus will be on enhancing collection efforts in your assigned area, both independently and as part of a team. You must ensure compliance with MOPP norms, the bank's processes and procedures, as well as audit requirements. Facilitating effective coordination among team members and with the branch is essential for success in this role.
