Team Collections Manager

Job Description: As a candidate for this position, you are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collection for secured/unsecured funding. Additionally, you should have experience in a supervisory role with team handling responsibilities. You should be willing to spend 20-25 days in rural areas and be prepared to face the challenges that come with working in such areas. Basic knowledge of computers and systems would be beneficial for this role. The ideal age bracket for this position is up to 30 years, although deviations can be considered with principle approval.
