Candidate need to sell Max Life Insurance Plan. Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Associate to join our team in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of insurance-related tasks. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:Assist in policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, agents, and underwriters for timely data collection and processing. Handle customer queries regarding insurance products, claims, and policy servicing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Support team leaders in achieving business targets and service quality goals. Process claims documentation and follow up for missing or pending requirements. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for internal review. Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Insurance-related field). 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, customer service, or related roles. Good understanding of general/life insurance products and processes. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with insurance software is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
