Role Overview: As a Channel Strategy & Management professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing distribution strategies to maximize sales through various channels such as agency, bancassurance, and digital platforms. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding new distribution partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, and supporting sales teams with tools, training, and campaigns. Additionally, you will be required to maintain strong relationships with partners, resolve channel conflicts, analyze sales trends, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and leverage digital tools for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize sales through multiple channels (agency, bancassurance, digital, etc.). - Identify and onboard new distribution partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms across channels. - Support sales teams with tools, training, and campaigns. - Monitor and drive sales performance of different channels. - Maintain strong relationships with partners, brokers, banks, and agencies. - Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations. - Analyze sales trends and distribution performance data. - Recommend improvements based on data insights. - Work with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings match customer needs and distribution capabilities. - Help design sales campaigns and incentives tailored to different channels. - Leverage digital tools (e.g., CRM, distribution management systems) to improve efficiency. - Promote online and mobile sales channels. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of insurance sales tactics and channel marketing. - Ability to develop long-term plans for distribution growth. - Experience in managing sales teams, agents, or partners. - Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and market insights. - Familiarity with IRDAI guidelines and insurance laws (India) or relevant regulatory body in your region.,
