We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Teacher to deliver high-quality education to students in classes 8, 9, and 10. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge, the ability to engage students across multiple educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards), and a commitment to fostering curiosity and academic excellence in the field of Physics. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Teach Physics to students of classes 8, 9, and 10 as per the syllabus prescribed by CBSE, ICSE, and various State Boards. Prepare lesson plans that align with board-specific learning objectives and academic standards. Develop and implement engaging classroom activities, experiments, and demonstrations to explain Physics concepts clearly. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer class tests, quizzes, assignments, and board exam preparatory assessments. Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate student performance records. Analyze student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Encourage student participation and address behavioral or learning issues promptly. Resource Development: Develop and maintain teaching materials including notes, worksheets, lab manuals, and multimedia content. Stay updated with changes in board syllabi and incorporate relevant changes in teaching plans. Skills Required: Strong command of Physics concepts across all three classes. Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board syllabi and exam patterns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use digital tools, simulations, and smart boards effectively. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Remuneration: as per industry standards
