Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using innovative and effective teaching methodologies
• Plan and implement engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Design assessments to monitor, evaluate, and enhance student learning outcomes
• Apply varied instructional strategies to support different learning styles
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and the school team
• Set clear, high expectations that motivate students to achieve their best
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and learning-friendly classroom
• Actively participate in professional development, training sessions, and network events
• Contribute meaningfully to school meetings, initiatives, and organizational goals
• Fulfill professional responsibilities with efficiency, accountability, and integrity
• Engage in extracurricular programs and school celebrations
• Conduct occasional community visits to strengthen parent and community engagement

Experience

• Prior teaching experience preferred; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply
