Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic English Faculty member to join our academic support and training team. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about English language instruction, academic communication, and student mentorship.

Preference will be given to candidates from Hyderabad Central University (HCU) The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured sessions in English Language, Academic Writing, and Communication Skills.
• Support students in developing SOPs, essays, research reports, and professional documentation.
• Conduct engaging spoken English, verbal reasoning, and interview preparation sessions.
• Customize learning materials and approaches based on student needs and skill levels.
• Evaluate progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Participate in content development for courses and learning modules.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a current student or alumnus/alumna of Hyderabad Central University or EFLU Hyderabad (strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, ELT, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in teaching/tutoring (desirable but not mandatory).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Skills:

• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience with online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of academic writing, IELTS/SAT verbal prep (an added plus).
• Research-oriented mindset and content creation abilities.

Pay: ₹12,938.22 - ₹40,700.07 per month
