You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless testing and commissioning of trains, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, reliable products. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including Test Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality), manage the resolution of technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and testing standards, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of conducting systematic train tests and completing test reports, but also managing repairs and escalating unresolved deviations when necessary.

Understanding and implementing customer acceptance criteria for the project/product.

Carrying out systematic handovers from manufacturing.

Following test procedures rigorously and ensuring all procedures are covered.

Documenting and tracing all failures with precision and rigor.

Proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) procedures and reporting deviations or near-misses.

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).

Experience or understanding of industrial activities related to testing and commissioning (3-7 years).

Knowledge of electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation.

Familiarity with IT tools and smart devices.
-
A strong understanding of EHS requirements, especially in association with electrical work.

Good technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains.

Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in complex environments.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
