Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Taxation Profile located in Navi Mumbai. The Taxation professional will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, and conducting tax research and planning. The role involves collaborating with various departments to provide tax-related support and advice, as well as staying updated with the latest tax laws and regulations. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing tax audits and optimizing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and reviewing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Proficient in conducting tax research and planning
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing tax audits and optimizing tax strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (such as CPA or CA) is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
